Judge Hwang In-tae, the first Korean to enter the National Basketball Association (NBA) regular league court, was promoted to the "Full-time Refree" in the 2023-2024 season.

Hwang is a veteran of 466 games (including playoffs) as a KBL referee from 2008 to 2019.
